We only receive returned parcels at the specific return location we give you upon request; please do not ship jars to any other address.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. Our shop and goods are prepared for your personal, everyday use unless agreed in writing beforehand. 3.1 VAT and customs duties
Rates for shipments sent within Philippines cover applicable VAT. When shipping outside Philippines, local customs duties, clearance charges, and border taxes fall to the recipient. If customs turns away a parcel, we treat it as a return and subtract the incurred transit costs from the refunded amount.
Payments, order placement and acceptance
We take Bank transfer. We do not take down or store any payment cards or bank portal credentials on this website.
4.1 Order placement and acceptance
Your order is submitted once you finish the checkout steps. We send an acknowledgement email with your reference number; our sales agreement takes effect when we pack, seal, and dispatch your goods and mail you a shipping note. Before that moment, we may decline the order and return your money.
4.2 Failed or incomplete payments
If a transaction remains unpaid or cannot be completed, we do not ship the package. For cash on delivery orders, any parcel left uncollected or rejected at the door is sent back to our workshop and the order is voided.

Product use, safety and personal use

Double-check your delivery address during checkout: parcels returned to us due to inaccurate details or failure to collect will be refunded minus the incurred shipping expenses.
Returns, refunds and satisfaction guarantee
You may return items within 60 days from the delivery date under the terms on our Returns & Refunds page. Reach out for a return authorization first, and dispatch the package strictly to the address we send you. We refund the item price; outbound transit fees are only credited if the return stems from a damaged item or a packing mistake on our end. Your statutory consumer rights remain intact.
Warranty and product conformity
The products we dispatch must match what we describe on the site and arrive free of defects.
