- We ship parcels across Philippines without delivery charge on orders above ₱2500, while smaller boxes carry a fee of ₱120.
- Boxes arrive within 2 to 5 business days once our packing table hands them over.
- Jars purchased before 15:30 on regular workdays are sealed, packed, and posted that afternoon.
- We accept returns within 60 days from arrival, provided the jar remains unopened and sealed in its original carton.
