Our return window lasts 60 days starting from the date of carrier delivery. This policy covers damaged glass, quality flaws, incorrect blends, or simple changes of mind.

Return conditions

Flawed or broken goods: we send a fresh shipment or issue a complete refund including initial transit costs; simply attach clear photos to your note.
Mismatched shipment: we immediately send out the intended supplement jars and arrange collection of the incorrect item at our own expense.
If you change your mind: the jar must remain unopened, kept in its original carton with tamper seals intact; return postage is covered by you, and initial freight charges are not refunded.
Jars with broken protective seals cannot be restocked for safety reasons and are non-returnable unless defective.

Due to strict public health and biosecurity regulations enforced in the Philippines, ingestible dietary supplements, opened electrolyte mixes, and unsealed topical soothing creams cannot be returned or refunded once the tamper-evident foil seal or container lid has been unsealed or manipulated.

How to return a parcel

We answer within one business day with an authorization code and our packing facility address.
Place the containers back into their original box, slip in a paper note showing your authorization code, and tape the parcel securely.
Post the parcel to our facility and send us the tracking slip by email. Retain your postal receipt until your refund clears.

Refunds and processing time

We check the package by hand within 3 business days of delivery and confirm the refund via email. The payment returns through your original method: cash-on-delivery purchases are sent by bank transfer to your chosen account, and bank-transfer payments return to the original account. Banks typically credit funds within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges and cancellations

To switch to another blend, complete the return routine and submit a fresh order; we credit your returned item once it reaches our bench. You may cancel any order without cost before it leaves our packing room by emailing [email protected] with your reference number.
