Montane Pure operates as the trading identity of Montane Pure Nutrition Inc., 35 Assumption Road, Barangay Kabayanihan, Baguio City, 2600, Philippines. Full company credentials, registration details, and contact lines appear on the Legal Notice page and inside your purchase confirmation. Parcels sent back must go exclusively to the dedicated workshop return address provided after you get in touch, never to an unconfirmed location.

Shoppers must be aged 18 or older to purchase. All supplements and goods are meant strictly for private, non-commercial use unless cleared with us in writing beforehand. We reserve the right to decline, cap, or cancel orders if information is unverified, stock runs dry, or irregular activity is detected, promptly returning any collected funds.

Every price is displayed in PHP. Parcel fees appear clearly before you finalize checkout. Should an obvious typographical price error slip through, we will reach out prior to shipping so you can confirm at the genuine price or cancel without charge.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Domestic parcels to Philippines include applicable VAT in the stated amount. For shipments outside Philippines, national customs levies, local tariffs, and import charges are assessed locally and remain the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is rejected at the border, it counts as a standard return, and outbound transit costs are subtracted from the refund.

Payment options include Bank transfer. Our platform never stores or processes debit cards or direct internet banking credentials.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

Completing checkout logs your order with us. We automatically email your purchase number, but our sales agreement takes effect only once the package departs our storehouse and a dispatch note is sent. Prior to that stage, we may decline the purchase and issue a full repayment.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

Unsettled or incomplete transactions hold the package in our facility. Where payment on delivery is selected, any parcel that is rejected or left unclaimed returns straight to our workshop, and the order is voided.

We store and handle only the personal information required to pack your order, reply to notes, and safeguard the site, following our Privacy Policy. Information on analytical tags and local storage sits in the Cookie Policy. Both texts are integral parts of these operating terms.

Follow the usage directions outlined on the canister, the package slip, and the site listing. Store tubs and pouches well away from young children unless specifically formulated for them. Images reflect the real stock we pack, though minor monitor color variances do not count as product faults.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Keep supplements sealed in the environmental conditions indicated on the tub. Never consume contents past the stamped expiration or best-by date. Recycle jars, scoops, and outer boxes according to regional municipal standards.

Promotional prices apply only during the window they appear online and cannot be merged with other deals unless expressly stated. Enter discount codes in the cart prior to payment, as they cannot be applied retroactively. Any promotional extras or bonus tins must be returned along with the main items.

Carrier choices, transit estimates, and postal fees are detailed under Shipping & Delivery. Quoted delivery spans are calculated in regular working days following handoff to the courier and do not represent firm arrival guarantees. Multi-item purchases may occasionally travel in separate parcels.

We carry full responsibility for your parcel until the driver deposits it with you or your designated recipient at the stated address, after which liability for damage or loss shifts to you. If a package arrives visibly broken, notify [email protected] within 48 hours with clear pictures. Double-check your postal address at checkout: packages returned due to incorrect entries or missed pickup will have outbound postal costs deducted from the refund.

Supplements can be returned within 45 days from the delivery date, provided they adhere to our Returns & Refunds rules. Please contact us for return authorization before shipping and post the package strictly to the address we supply. Your reimbursement covers the product price, while initial transit costs are returned only if we made an error or the product arrived damaged. This policy does not alter your statutory consumer cancellation rights.

All items sent out must match their catalog specifications and arrive in sound condition. Montane Pure Nutrition Inc. warrants that all products conform to their product specifications, remain unexpired at delivery, and adhere to the product safety benchmarks established under Republic Act No. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines). If an item displays an inherent defect during the statutory warranty period under local law, we will assess it and either replace, repair, or reimburse it at our discretion. Mishandling, improper storage, or normal container wear after delivery fall outside this coverage.

You may not use our pages to file bogus orders, compromise web infrastructure, harvest member data, or upload illicit, misleading, or abusive material. We retain the right to suspend or block visitors who violate these ground rules.

All photography, formulations descriptions, visual marks, graphics, and underlying code are the legal property of Montane Pure Nutrition Inc. or its content partners. You are welcome to browse and print pages for personal reference, but any wider distribution, copying, or commercial re-use demands our prior written approval.

Customer feedback published on our shop comes from verified buyers sharing personal training observations, which will naturally vary from person to person. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Philippines, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid by the customer for the specific product in dispute, or ₱5,000, whichever is lower. Our liability remains unrestricted in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, physical injury, harm to life or health, or wherever legal statutes prohibit limitation. In all other circumstances, our responsibility is confined to direct, foreseeable damages customary to standard retail transactions.

You agree to indemnify our workshop against third-party claims arising directly from your violation of these conditions or content you submit to the site, within the bounds permitted by law.

These terms and all transactions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any legal disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Metro Manila. Should a disagreement remain unsettled through direct dialogue, legal proceedings may be filed before the competent court where our company is registered, without limiting consumer rights to bring action within their domestic jurisdiction. Non-waivable consumer protection statutes of your home territory continue to hold full force.

Invoices, tracking details, order records, and formal notifications will be transmitted to the contact address entered during checkout. Please verify your inbox and spam folders regularly, as communications dispatched to that address are considered successfully received.

We reserve the right to reassign our contractual responsibilities to a successor entity in the event of an operational transfer, provided your customer protections remain unchanged. You may not assign your purchase agreement to another party without our direct written consent.

A decision on our part not to exercise a specific provision of these terms immediately does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Should any single clause in these terms lose legal standing, the remainder stands firm, while the invalid wording is swapped for the enforceable rule that reflects our original intent as closely as possible.

If someone breaks these terms, we reserve the right to close their account or turn down upcoming dispatches. Parcels that have already left the workshop remain on their way.
