You may return any unopened supplement supplied by Montane Pure within 45 days of receipt, whatever the reason. This guide outlines our terms, handling protocol, postage responsibilities, and how your payment is remitted via bank transfer.
! Please note: obtain an authorization code from us before dispatching anything, and ship items strictly to the return facility we specify. Parcels mailed to other addresses cannot be logged or connected to your file.
1. 45-day refund guarantee
Our return window spans 45 days starting from the date the carrier brings your box. This covers damaged containers, production faults, mispicked items, or a straightforward change of mind on unused stock in original packaging.
2. Return conditions
- Damaged or flawed stock: immediate replacement or a complete refund including outbound shipping charges; please attach photographs when you reach out.
- Incorrect batch delivered: we dispatch the proper blend promptly and arrange collection of the misdirected goods at our expense.
- Changed your mind: the tub or pouch must stay unopened, strictly unused, and in its original packaging with unbroken tamper seals; return postage is covered by you, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Nutritional products unsealed after delivery cannot be restocked for sanitary reasons and are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Initiating a return
- Within 45 days of delivery, message [email protected] or ring +63 918 657 744 with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the package took damage on the road.
- We reply within one business day with an approved return code and the workshop postal address.
- Pack the item inside its original carton, place a note with your return code inside, and tape the parcel securely.
- Dispatch the box to the return address and send us the tracking code by email. Keep the postal slip safe until the reimbursement reaches you.
4. Refunds and processing time
We check the returned parcel within 3 business days of delivery and confirm your refund by email. Payouts return through your original method: cash-on-delivery parcels are refunded by bank transfer to your chosen account, while bank-transfer orders return to the originating account. Financial institutions typically post funds in 1-5 business days.
5. Exchanges and cancellations
To swap for a different flavor or formula, follow our return instructions and submit a new order; we credit your returned item once it reaches our workshop. Orders can be cancelled at no charge before handover to courier: email [email protected] with your reference number.
